Safari

Wildlife photographs by Gian Luca Barlucchi, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelope and crocodiles in colour and black and white.

Elephants at the water’s edge, giraffes reaching into trees and zebras standing close together bring different rhythms to this archive. Wider scenes show animals in their surroundings; closer frames draw attention to an eye, the pattern of a coat or the texture of skin.
