Portraits

Portrait photography by Gian Luca Barlucchi, from candid smiles and thoughtful profiles to studies of expression in colour and black and white.

A face can hold the frame with very little around it. These portraits move between close studies, profiles and shared moments, with colour and black-and-white photographs offering different ways to notice expression, light and gesture.
